Redemption Methods:

Using smart phone to register redemption:

1. Scan the QR on the redemption letter and access the redemption page
2. Click "Add to Cart" button after reading the terms and conditions
3. Click "Store Pickup" icon and select the location of store pickup according to your preference
4. Click "Checkout" button to continue
5. Fill in your personal information in order to receive notification
   - Enter your mobile phone number to receive SMS for collection
   - You may choose to register your account
6. Click "Continue to shipping" to continue
7. Check and confirm your information by clicking "Continue to payment"
   - Select Xtra Heart Club Redemption as the shipping method
8. By default, your redemption code is entered
   - Enter your redemption code printed on the letter if there is no redemption code
9. Click "Complete order" to finish your redemption
10. When your redeemed product(s) is/are ready in your selected ZP Health Station (pickup point), you will receive a SMS for collection
11. Bring your phone and show the SMS to the ZP Health Station staff.
12. Scan the ZP Health Station QR code in the pickup point
13. Enter 4 digits of order number and your phone number
14. Collect your product(s)
15. Done

Using computer to register redemption:

1. Enter the link on the redemption letter and access the redemption page
2. Click "Add to Cart" button after reading the terms and conditions
3. Click "Store Pickup" icon and select the location of store pickup according to your preference
4. Click "Checkout" button to continue
5. Fill in your personal information in order to receive notification
   - Enter your mobile phone number to receive SMS for collection
   - You may choose to register your account
6. Enter your redemption code, printed on the letter, into the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field on the right hand side
7. Click "Apply" button and check if the redemption code is applied
8. Click "Continue to shipping" to continue
9. Check and confirm your information by clicking "Continue to payment"
   - Select Xtra Heart Club Redemption as the shipping method
   
10. Click "Complete order" to finish your redemption
11. When your redeemed product(s) is/are ready in your selected ZP Health Station (pickup point), you will receive a SMS for collection
12. Bring your phone and show the SMS to the ZP Health Station staff.
13. Scan the ZP Health Station QR code in the pickup point
14. Enter 4 digits of order number and your phone number
15. Collect your product(s)
16. Done
