-Ellgy H2O ARR Lotion is ideal for those suffering from eczema, icthyosis (dry scaly skin), and winter xerosis (dry skin induced by cold dry weather).
-It is formulated with the Anti-TEWL (trans-epidermal water loss) factor which works by locking-in moisture underneath the skin to prevent moisture loss.
-It is fragrance-free, gentle on skin and pH 5.5.
